The apartment, located on the second floor, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table with chairs. In the same room there is an open kitchen, well equipped and also has a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, juicer and toaster. Through a French window in the living room, guests have access to a private terrace overlooking the communal garden below. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe and also has a window. Through an internal staircase located in the living room, it is possible to reach the attic floor. Here, thanks to a folding door, enjoys good privacy and results as a perfect relaxation zone, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen TV, wardrobe, table with chairs and rotating support for the computer. A full bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the apartment.
