With particular attention to include the historical style of the structure with more modern lines and design, this villa has been designed with an innovative style, aimed at achieving the right combination between the contemporary and the rural features. The villa is spacious (250 square meters), can accommodate up to 6 people and is characterized by an incredible brightness thanks to the large windows that allow you to enjoy incredible views of the surrounding landscape.
The living area is the vital center of the accommodation: conceived with an open concept of spaces, it is composed of a panoramic dining room equipped with a glass window aimed at creating an effect of continuity with the garden thanks to the view of the swimming pool. The dining room connects directly to the living room, furnished with a large sofa, satellite TV, a modern fireplace and the open kitchen, extremely elegant and built with quality materials, equipped with a peninsula and fully equipped with everything needed to create your favorite recipes.
The sleeping area of this villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom with shower. The first two bedrooms are on the ground floor and directly overlooking the garden, while the third is a large suite located on the first floor with a splendid view of the landscape.
