Robinson house Nicolina is located in a bay Ždrilca on the island Marinkovac, archipelago of Pakleni islands near Hvar. Placed is some hundred meters from the sea it creates a wonderful peace in the bay in which during the summer nights are always anchored dozens of larger and smaller yachts.
The house consists of a main house, extra storage and a water tank. Between them is a spacious upper courtyard, while at the western face is the lower yard, terrace with a view of the bay Ždrilca, and other straits between the islands through to the west point of the island, Pelegrin.
Overall, from the terrace you can see five capes of Pakleni islands. The complex is surrounded by olive trees of indigenous Dalmatian varieties of olives.
The house consists of two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom, hall and kitchen with dining area, another bed with custom made pillows which transforms it into a comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas stove and oven, radio and car-jack for 12 V through which one can charge cell phones, tablets and notebooks.
At the backyard there is a spacious grill and outdoor hand build sink.
The house has its own power supply to 12 V, which is obtained through solar cells, solar boiler that provides hot water in the whole house, and cold and fresh water from the tank.
Total capacity of the house is 4 +1 persons, two people in a double bedroom, two people in twin beds in the second bedroom and one person on the sofa-bed in the kitchen.
